Frequently Asked Questions
What's the minimum subscription term?
1 month. You can cancel your license up until the last day of your monthly billing cycle.
What's your cancellation policy?
There are no contracts or long term commitments. You pay on a monthly basis. You can cancel your license anytime before your monthly due date, and no further charges on your card will be made. A copy of your database will be kept for up to 30 days in case you wish to restore access.
Do you ask for a credit card to get a trial?
No, you don't need a credit card to get on a trial - just your email address. Your login details will be sent by email. You only add your credit card when your wish to convert to a paid plan.
How do I pay?
By a recurring credit card payment. All major cards are supported. Payments are handled by Stripe. You can download invoices in PDF format via your portal. If you're from the European Union, your VAT number will be printed on your invoices.
How long does AdGlare's trial last?
Your trial ends automatically after 14 days. Reach out if you need more time for testing.
Can AdGlare handle high traffic volumes?
You can go all the way up to 10 billion ad requests per month on one of the standard plans. If you expect more than that, please reach out to discuss the options.
How many user accounts can I create?
Unlimited, on all plans. Get your whole team on board: ad ops, developers, marketing, sales, etc. To invite team members, see the page Settings => Team Members.
What's the charge for CDN bandwidth?
All ads uploaded will be hosted on AdGlare's CDN at no extra cost. Free CDN usage comes with all plans. There's no bandwidth metering whatsoever. A peace of mind for both of us.
Can I serve ads white labeled?
Yes, you can CNAME one of your subdomains to serve the ads from your own domain. The white label is available in the Enterprise plan. It's a great way to get around ad blockers. Reach out for instructions.
Is there an API?
Yes, you can use the API to list all campaigns and zones. There's also a Reports endpoint allowing you to pull all report data to your own backend for further analysis.
